• What are  the exact shipping charges?

$4.95 for the 1st product.  $3.00 for each additional product.

• Will OrderXXX.com appear on my credit card statement?

No, since we use the #1 Trusted Internet Credit Card Company, PAYPAL, your credit card statement will simply read "Paypal Online".

• Can I order if I live outside the United States?

With the intention that people outside of the US have sex also, yes, we can arrange shipping to virtually any country.

• What is the time period of shipment?

We ship everything via UPS.  If you live on he Eastern half of the US expect delivery in about 2-3 days after it leaves our warehouse.  If you live on the Western half of the US, expect it about 5 days after it leaves our warehouse. 

• What is your return policy?

Let's be realistic.  Once you use it you cannot return it (for obvious reasons). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  When you receive your package, please check the items to make sure the items are working. We will give you a credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.

• C'mon is the package really discreet?

All of our shipments are in plain brown boxes, with no "incriminating" evidence on the outside.

• Is my credit card safe?
